We approach every project starting with a thorough analysis of macro trends, benchmarking, and market research, allowing us to provide guidelines that steer our clients toward the most effective strategy. We define mood boards and style concepts to give new life to existing products or to pave the way for yet unexplored solutions. Concept ideas are developed through 2D and 3D sketches, always keeping the feasibility of what we design at the core.
Through advanced CAD tools including Alias, CATIA, Creo, and ICEM Surf, the technical foundations provided by clients are thoroughly analyzed and evaluated to develop optimal engineering solutions in close synergy with their internal technical departments. The workflow encompasses high-precision Class-A aesthetic surfaces, solid modeling, clearance and interference checks, structural FEM analyses, and aerodynamic simulations.
Clay modeling makes it possible to develop a tactile sensitivity and spatial understanding that digital tools alone cannot offer. It allows designers to give concrete form to a project and to assess its ergonomics, proportions, surfaces, and light interactions much more immediately than with a digital model
We use it for the first three-dimensional visions of the concepts, enabling fast and direct visualization. The resulting CAS surfaces can be used for clay modeling or serve as a reference for developing Class-A surfaces for production components
Structural Analysis and tests are carried out internally; it allows to check every design phase and to instantly verify the structural efficiency of each technological and aesthetic choice.
Design Process: Structural information influence the design; Manufacturing Process: Rapid prototyping and 3D printers replace traditional CNC Machining for conventionally engineered components. Each prototype is assembled with the greatest care and attention to every detail. At this stage, after months of work, the product thought comes to life providing a satisfying conclusion to all the team who gave their passion!
High-fidelity scale and 1:1 scale maquettes are realized for major international exhibitions such as EICMA, offering a visual and tactile result virtually indistinguishable from mass-production vehicles. Fairings and bodywork components are produced using advanced selective laser sintering (SLS), expertly painted and finished with custom graphics, then fully assembled onto the underlying technical structure.
